Union County Community Needs Assesment

Emergency Food Voucher

Working to Address Food Shortage and Hunger

Many individuals and families in our community struggle to put food on the table.  We believe everyone has the right to nutritious food and that no person should go hungry.   PROCEED’s Family Success Center assists eligible individuals and families with food vouchers to supplement their nutritional needs.   A one hundred-dollar ($100) food voucher is provided to  eligible individuals and families to be used within three days of issue of the voucher at an area Super Market in Elizabeth, NJ. Individuals and Families that are not receiving SNAP benefits are the primary beneficiaries of these food vouchers.

This program is open to residents of Elizabeth and the greater Union County.
